Massage sessions – Relaxing to Deep Tissue

I have been a practising Massage Therapist and Healer for over 25 years, my skills come from a range of techniques and the styles of massage I use during a session vary depending upon each individual person. A session may include a soft relaxing massage using Hot Rocks, Hot Bamboo, Aromatherapy oils and crystals or Deep Tissue work for tightened muscle release or injury, including Cupping. During your sessions I may add in Reiki, Intuitive Healing, Bowen Technique or Kinesiology. I specialise in assisting with Headaches and recovery from Sports injuries and operations on joints.

My sessions do not follow a pattern, they are individualised to the client. I intuitively feel blocks in the body tissue and work to release physical pain and help move any emotional pain on in the process. Often during the massage session I do emotional counselling and give people guidance on their health and nutrition. All part of the friendly and loving service.
