I am going to do a series of posts on understanding how we gain weight. Unless you have had an injury or there is some reason why your body does not have an ability to deal with weight gain, there really is a reason and an answer if you are willing to make changes to your lifestyle.
I have been of the opinion for many years that ALL diets work. There is no one answer when it comes to which diet plan is the perfect one and which one will work for you. In all cases, people become mindful of what they are eating. Their food choices change from non-nourishing food choices, to more nourishing food choices, like fruits and vegetables and the body responds to this. The reason most people then regain weight is they return to old habits and really don’t understand what happened and why the body responded in the first place.
From the information I and many other people have been introduced to by the Medical Medium – Anthony William, I have been able to gain a far better understanding of how the body works, how it reacts to food and through this understanding make positive permanent changes to my diet and lifestyle that will help my body not only maintain its proper weight but also heal my body. I would love to share my insights with you.
The more I understand the information that Anthony shares, the more I have less and less belief in the ageing process. If your body is feeling full of life, there is no reason to be beaten down by the thought of ageing and giving in to assuming that it means you will put on weight, slow down or always feel unwell.
